Go to Settings in your Akiflow account, head to the Integrations page, and click on ClickUp.
From now on, Akiflow will automatically import your tasks, showing them up in the Inbox.

What does Akiflow import from ClickUp?
You can choose which spaces to import, and for each of them:
  • To import only tasks assigned to you
  • Or import all tasks.

All not completed tasks from the last 90 days onwards will be imported in Akiflow.

What happens when I complete a ClickUp task in Akiflow?

A popup will appear with the following options:

I imported too many tasks, what can I do?

  • Pick which ClickUp tasks to delete::
  • Delete all your tasks:
    • Go to Settings -> Integrations -> Connected -> ClickUp
    • Click on the button “Delete all tasks fetched from this account”. This action will delete all the tasks imported so far from ClickUp in Akiflow. Nothing will happen to your source tasks in ClickUp.
  • Start from scratch::
    • Go to Settings -> Integrations -> Connected -> ClickUp
    • Set up your new import options
    • Click on the button “Start from scratch”. This action will delete all the tasks imported so far from ClickUp in Akiflow and then re-import them again according to the new import options. Nothing will happen to your source tasks in ClickUp.

When I delete a task on Akiflow, what happens to my ClickUp tasks?

When you delete a task on Akiflow, nothing happens to the source task in ClickUp.

How are ClickUp and Akiflow synced?

  • It can take up to 10 minutes to import your tasks in Akiflow.
  • When you create a task in ClickUp, it’ll be shown in your Akiflow Inbox.
  • Any changes you make in Akiflow will actually be reflected on ClickUp and the other way around!
