- If the number of overdue task is from 1 to 6 tasks:
- List each overdue task and suggest a specific new date & time to schedule it. Suggest a free time to reschedule on my calendar for a realistic plan.
- If the number of overdue task is more than 6, start by acknowledging the total count of overdue tasks.
- Do not list all tasks individually, instead, suggest 1-2 times I can dedicate for a "Review Overdue Tasks" catching up task.
- The times should be the next available free periods in my calendar. Decide the duration of the task based on the number of task I need to re-plan.
- Do not plan any task, wait for my confirmation.
